We collect what we need to get bath bombs to your door and answer your emails. Nothing here is sold to anyone.

Who we are
TitanEvo is an Australian direct-to-consumer brand selling surprise bath bombs at titanevo.com, dispatching from a warehouse in Australia. This policy covers the personal information we handle when you visit the site, place an order, or contact support.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, delivery address and, if you give one, a phone number for carrier updates.
- Order details — what you bought, the bundle, the amount in AUD, your order number and its delivery status.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card for reconciliation.
- Support messages — whatever you write to us, including anything you choose to tell us about a skin reaction or a gift recipient.
- Analytics and site usage — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from your IP, device and browser type.
- The Meta (Facebook) pixel — a snippet on our pages that records page views and purchases so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people like our customers.
Why we collect it
- To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered.
- To email you confirmation, dispatch and tracking updates.
- To answer support questions and process returns and guarantee claims.
- To detect fraudulent or abusive orders.
- To understand which pages and ads work, so we spend less on ones that don't.
- To meet our tax, consumer-law and record-keeping obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Who we share it with
- Shopify — our store and checkout platform, which hosts order and customer records.
- Payment processors — to authorise and settle your payment, including buy-now-pay-later providers if you choose one.
- Carriers — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered and tracked.
- Our email platform — to send transactional and (if you opted in) marketing email.
- Meta — pixel event data for advertising measurement.
- Professional advisers and authorities — only where we're required by law.
Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that commit to protecting your information under standards comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your session, measure traffic, and run the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use your browser's or device's ad-tracking controls; essential cookies are required for checkout to function, so blocking everything may stop you from ordering.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records — seven years, as required by Australian tax law.
- Support email — up to two years after your last message.
- Marketing subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we don't email you again by mistake.
- Analytics and pixel data — retained per the provider's own default retention periods, typically up to 26 months.
Your rights in Australia
The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected if it's wrong, and to complain if you think we've mishandled it. Email support@titanevo.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If you're in the EU or UK
We ship within Australia only, but our pages can be read from anywhere. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, plus the right to withdraw consent to cookies and pixel tracking at any time. Our lawful bases are contract (fulfilling an order), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records).
Deleting your data
Email support@titanevo.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the address you ordered with. We'll delete your contact details, support history and marketing records, and confirm when it's done. We have to keep the underlying transaction record for seven years for tax purposes; that record is retained in Shopify and not used for marketing.
Children's privacy
Our products are for children, but our store is for the adults buying them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 and the site isn't designed for children to use. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be emailed.
