Where's my parcel?
Order tracking
You don't need an account or a portal — your tracking link comes to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

How tracking works
We dispatch within 24 hours of your order. When the carrier scans your parcel, an automatic email goes out with your tracking number and a link straight to the carrier's page. Nothing to log into, nothing to request.
When to expect it
- Order confirmation — within minutes of checkout, with your order number (it starts with
TEV-). - Tracking email — usually the next business day, always within 24 hours of dispatch.
- First scan on the tracking page — can take a few hours after that email. A link that says "no information yet" simply means the parcel hasn't hit the depot scanner.
- Delivery — 3–7 business days standard, 1–3 with Priority Express. See shipping for metro versus regional detail.
No tracking email after 48 hours?
- Check junk and promotions. Automated dispatch emails land there more often than anywhere else.
- Search your inbox for "TitanEvo" rather than scrolling — and check the address you used at checkout, especially if it was a partner's or work email.
- Then email us. Send your order number to support@titanevo.com and we'll resend the tracking link, or tell you exactly where the parcel is, same day where we can.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days
A parcel can sit on the same scan for 24–48 hours while it moves between depots, and that's normal — especially over a weekend or through regional routes. If it's been stuck longer than three business days, or it's marked delivered and you can't find it, get in touch and we'll open it with the carrier. If it's genuinely lost, we replace it or refund you.
Fastest route to a human: contact us with your order number. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST, answered within 24 hours.
